Causing them to assume defeat even before the battle has begun. Lesser soldiers flee, seasoned warriors may still fight, but with nagging gut feeling of failure pestering them no matter how well they are fairing against him. He does not need direct eye contact unless his opponent's will power is of the upmost strength.
Personality: Victor is an arrogant, sarcastic, and spiteful man. Mentioning or hinting at either his height or his french blood will send him on a rampage. He automatically hates anyone taller then him. He walks and talks as if he owns everyone and everything.
Physical Description: Victor doesn't have a scratch on him and he likes it that way. He considers himself very attractive having the best genes of both his French and Britannian blood. Just don't mention that he's short and he wont have to kill you.
History: Victor did not grow up rich by any means, but he was far from poor. He lived comfortably and went to lower end Private schools for most of his life. He was always picked on for being the littlest of the kids, and that irritated him to no end. He was fighting by the time he was 6. Because of his size however he could not simply pulverize his much larger bullies and instead became a quick, skilled and ruthless. The older he became and the larger his piers grew the more devastating his attacks would become. It wasn't long before his reputation alone kept him from being bullied, but he had acquired a taste for fighting. The bullied became the bully.
Eventually the private schools had had enough and his Parents were left with no choice but to home school him. His mother tried to teach him basic education but he was far more interested in working with his father at his garage. Being mechanically inclined, his father recognized his skill immediately and taught him whatever he wanted to know. Even going as far as to take him to Knightmare Frame Hangars to see the inner workings of the most powerful weapons the world had produced so far.
He immediately began working on his own modifications for the assault Knightmare frame design and for his work he was recognized and recruited by the Britannian military.
But his urge to fight during a peaceful era could not be sated. It was at his own military base that a Geass user tried to escape and upon running in to Victor offered him power as a reward for aiding his escape. Sensing the unrest that would surely follow E2's escape, Victor accepted without hesitation and was thus branded with his very own Geass.
