Chien Manor

on west america where kira's manor is located. Inside the said manor. Kira paced around his study room. Rereading the files regarding the unstable connection between britannia and the federation.
He sat in his chair.

Anisette arrived in Kira's manor. It was huge and pretty. Escorted by no one, she came on her own whim.

She was then guided to his study, and waited outside when the servant entered to tell of her arrival.

kira heard someone knocking and said "Sir kira, lady anisette has arrived and wishes to see you."
"Pls. tell her I'll be with her shortly. tell her to wait in the lounge." Kira replied.

He stood up and fixed the papers he was reading and setting it aside.
He fixed his uniform and walked towards the door.

Anisette was escorted to the lounge. She sat there patiently and thanked the servant for the tea they brought for her.

Kira exited his study and proceeded to go to the lounge.
when he opened the door he saw anisette patiently waiting.
Kira coughed "Good day, lady anisette and what brings you to visit, if i may ask." kira said.

Anisette set down the tea and stood up and curtsied. "Good day, Sir Kira," she said and smiled. "You sure do not beat around the bush."

She looked at the man in his white clothing and thought of sparkles quickly. But she inwardly shook her head awake. Giggling, she answered. "I'm here only on a friendly visit. Or am I being a bother, my good sir?"

Kira sat down on a chair and poured some tea for himself.
"well I don't want a lady to be waiting. . It's simply impolite." Kira said. Then took a sip of his tea.

"Don't worry you aren't bothering anything, I was just reviewing some of the files i received."
"You don't have a chaperon with you, lady anisette?"

Anisette seated herself and giggled. "I didn't wait for too long so there is no need to worry yourself over that."

She nodded. "Pardon my untimely intrusion then. And yes, not today, sir. I have set my butler on errands."

Kira placed the teacup back in the table.
"No harm done, lady anisette. hmmm. . Is that so?" Kira nodded.

" what would you like to do then lady anisette?"
"we cant sit and chat all day" Kira smiled

Anisette smiled. "It is in your jurisdiction, sir. I'm intruding already; I don't mind if we chat a bit some more."

"I'm sure that you may want to do something, and don't worry I have time for work and a time for my friends."
"well If that is what you want, lady anisette" Kira chuckled.

"Such a kind man you are," she smiled. "So how is work?"

"I was simply raised that way, my lady"
" work has been troublesome specially with the federation" Kira rubbed his temples.

"You have been raised well," she smiled. "I see. What goes with the federation nowadays?"

Kira smiled. "hmm. . . there's been unstable connections with the federation. and that is clearly not identified. and if we don't clear it up soon i might go to the federation HQ to solve this." kira said.

"My, that would be messy," she said in response and drank tea. "That would be rather untowardly. Must you really be the one to go to the Federation HQ?"

"Yes it would be messy. considering that it's the federation. they are difficult to deal with. Yes, since I'm the one whose handling the foreign affairs." Kira said and sighed.

Anisette nodded. "Still, be careful, sir Kira." She smiled. "I don't have much trust in the federation, you see."

"well me neither. But we have to gain their trusts and knowledge." Kira said.
"would you like something to eat, my lady?"

She nodded. "I agree. We have to work hard, yes?" she smiled. "Britannia has much to ask of us lately."

Anisette clapped her hand. "Oh, a cake will do. Please."

"Yes, we should. It would be a great benefit to britannia!" Kira pumped his fist high.
"oh. . hahaha pardon my optimisim." kira said.
kira then called a servant. " lady anisette would like to have a chocolate truffle cake please." then the servant bowed and left.

Anisette giggled. "Feel free to act as how you really are, sir Kira," she smiled. "I don't really mind. In fact, I think it's really nice. On another note, Britannia is doing rather well, yes? What do you think of the Cult of C, sir?"

She thanked Kira.

"Thank you. my lady but it would be inappropriate to act as such in front of you" Kira said.
"Britannia has been good, though yes the Cult of C has been troublesome." Kira said after taking a sip of his tea.

She smiled. "Nonsense. We are of equal standing, Sir Kira."

Anisette nodded. "It has. But I have a former Cult of C member under my wing."

"Oh really now? and how did he/she went into your wing. If i may ask?"

And then the servant walked in and gave the cake to anisette.
